General Terms

-You MUST be 18+ to make a NSFW purchase!-Wait time can take up to 3 months. I am a mother and work. Do not place an order if you are not willing to wait!-I have the right to refuse any commission if I feel like to is to complicated or out of my comfort zone.-Once coloring has begun, there are strictly NO refunds! The ONLY exception is if I [The Artist] have a legitimate reason I can not continue your piece.-If the buyer has a legitimate reason on why they can not continue payment, they are entitled to a refund of 50% of what they paid. The other 50% is for my time and effort! Art is a luxury, so be sure that you pay your bills and are safe before ordering!-Do not remove my credits!-Clients are given the base makers at the time of posting the AD, and upon final delivery. It is the clients responsibility to ensure that proper credit is given to both myself and the base maker upon posting.-Finished Pieces will be sent once payment has been made in FULL.-Everything gets posted/cross-posted across multiple platforms. If you are not okay with this, please inform me at the beginning of the order!-Feel free to ask me any questions!

Rules For Auctions

-All Normal Adopt ToS also apply!-Auctions end 24hrs after the last Bid or unless Auto-Buy is placed!-If an Auction has more then one Auto-buy option; Only the Original Client to AB can choose to purchase the other AB options!-Serious Bidders Only. False bids will bar you from future Auctions-Removing your bid will bar you from participating in future auctions! [This is considered Shadow Bidding & Backing out]-Please remember to reply to the last bidder!

When making a purchase, be it adoptable or commission, all transactions will be done through an Invoice with Paypal Or with goods/services.
Always be sure that you click Digital Goods or N/A!-Payments of any kind are expected within 24hrs of sale unless discussed otherwise.-Holds for 48hrs! If the Client has not contacted me, nor paid for the adopt/s, then I will re-open the adopt/s. I will no longer be giving notices on this!-Holds can be extended Twice.-Payment plans are accepted if the price is $100[usd] or above!-If you require a payment plan, you must place a non-refundable down payment of at least $20 usd. This downpayment is non-refundable in the case that a client ghosts, or other wise refuses to pay for the product/design, thus backing out of a purchase & with-holding the product/design from someone else being able to purchase.

For Designs/Adopts

-You buy what you see! I will NOT change the Adopt.-Pre-Claims are allowed to ask for Palette changes! I will not change the linework.-Client will receive 1/or more watermarked file[s]. Under no circumstance is the watermark to be moved or erased from the purchase!-Adopts will be sent after FULL payment.-Custom adopt prices start at $20usd. Price varies depending on design. All customs are ON BASE!

Do;

  • Change the design/redesign. I only ask that you keep it recognizable and credit me for the original design.

  • Post anywhere! Just credit back to me! Please use one of my social links [FA,DA,TH,etc. ASK if needed!]

  • Resell, gift, trade. You can not resell for more then what you paid for, unless additional paid art is included!

  • Create Lore, stories, rps, art, etc.

Don't

  • Claim the original design as your own.

  • Remove any credits placed on the adopt!

  • Claim to have made/drawn the base

  • Trade or sell for a higher price than you bought.

  • Sell/Trade/Gif/ETC to those who are blacklisted! Doing so will result in no longer being able to directly buy from me.

Base Shop

  • Bases are purchased on my Payhip on the Home Page!

  • All sales on bases are final. This means No Refunds on Bases

  • Please do not trace my bases. This means do not re-do the lines from scratch! Newer bases will come with my Pen Settings.

  • My bases are not to be resold.

  • Always Credit back to Snoodle-Tea using a Link to one of my Media pages/The base itself.

  • Can be used for Adopts, YCH, and personal use only.

  • For Commercial Type usage please contact me directly on my Discord server, or FB, to discuss this!

Regarding Commercial Use, NFTs, & AI

Upon purchasing from me, you are recieving rights to that character/Design. Under no circumstances are they allowed for Commercial use, NFTs, or AI
This does not give rights to create merchandise, utilize the character or art in any form of self made projects (such as video games, arpg's, mascots, or any form of self monetizing manner that would exceed the original purchase agreement). buying an adopt/s, design, or character from me does not give permission to heavily alter the character unless stated in the sales post, or in the commissions info. If you would like to purchase these rights please contact me via a note or pm and we can discuss this.UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will you post any art, during any stage of completion, onto or used by any and all past, present and future blockchain-associated technologies, all past, present or future NFT/AI marketplaces, made into NFT/AI or crytpo-currencies under ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES AT ANY TIME. This includes all past present and future derivatives, versions, evolutions of these prior mentioned technologies, selling platforms, or trading/investing spaces. This includes but is not limited to public or private websites and/or mobile applications. the commercial use of personal, individual use labeled/commissioned artwork in any stage or form without the strict written permission by the artist!

Failure to abide by the above can result in, and are not limited to, blacklisting, blocking, and legal repercussions including and not limited to attorneys fees, court cost, financial compensation for lost wages, and financial compensation for loss of revenues, because when in court I'm not making any money.If you have any Questions or Concerns regarding my ToS, please feel free to contact me before we do business!It is the commissioners/clients responsibility to read over this ToS before making purchases from me. I will not be held accountable for you not reading and understanding these terms of services.

Blacklist

These are individuals I do not feel comfortable owning my designs. I ask that any of my art [adopts, ych, etc] are not bought for, or re-sold to these individuals.I ask that clients respect this choice. If found doing so regardless, I will no longer be of service to you. Meaning, I will not allow you to purchase directly from me again. You will not be added to the blacklist for this though!Please do not ask me why these people are on my blacklist. That is of no ones concern but mine & The individuals involved. They may reach out to me in a respectful manner for clarification if they would like to know. Otherwise any reasoning given is pure speculation & fabrication.I find that linking accounts, giving reasons, etc, provides a toxic atmosphere that is not needed. By keeping these things to myself, and simply asking to not buy art for, or re-sell my designs to them, it makes a clean break for everyone.That being said; By all means, make your own choice. Just please respect mine and do not purchase art from me for these individuals. Do not re-sell designs I created [on or off base] to these individuals.
